Why should I be concerned with the removal of waste?
Dog waste often contains a variety of organisms, including bacteria and
internal parasites which may be both communicable and harmful to
humans, especially children. Fecal coliform bacteria, for example, can
cause severe stomach illness and rashes. In addition, various diseases
and parasitic infestations also can be spread from dog to dog through
uncollected feces. Because many dogs have a tendency to eat another
dog's waste, the threat of spreading disease this way should be a real
concern for pet owners.

How frequently do you come to our property?
We recommend weekly or twice weekly pet waste removal service.
However, we are also available for one-time dog waste cleaning, every
other week cleanings, monthly cleanings, special cleanings and anything
in between.

Can you clean with our dogs in the yard?
As long as your dog is friendly, we can clean with him in the yard. If he or
she is not, we can't!

Do I need to be home at the time of service?
No-one needs to be home at the time of service. However if you are
home we would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Is there an extra charge for the initial visit?
Yes, All accounts are charged a $15.00 account set-up fee. If it takes
longer than 30 minutes, you will be billed $15.00 for every additional 15
minutes. (Usually the average yard is done in 45 minutes or less.)

Can I suspend or stop service at any time?
With Doo Process there are no contracts. We realize that you may go on
vacation or you simply no longer need our service for awhile. Just give us
a 48 hour advance notice and we will suspend your account until further
notice. There may be additional fees applied when service resumes if
there is significant accumulation.
